I've been to many many Chipoltes dating back to 98. The steak burrito has always been my favorite but I enjoy them all. I used to love Chipolte and now I only go there for a last minute desperate meal. This particular location is consistent with serving nonedible rubbish steak in their burritos. I'm talking fatty chewy non digestible fatty grizzle. Get the point? If not check the photo I posted. I always want to get the chicken but they are always cooking more. After many horrid visits I contacted corporate. A gentlemen responded immediately with a page long email that restored Chipolte as a great company. He sent me a free burrito card. He said he would be sure to let the store know to trim the meats to Chipolte standard. I wasn't holding my breath. I went to use the card tonight knowing that the chances of getting a good steak burrito is slim to none. I planned on getting the chicken. They were out and grilling more. Thought about the carnitas but remembered that my prior visit the carnitas was sitting in a bucket of slop and juice. Confirmed after my gf had the sharts for the next three days. Funny thing is my gf used to drag me to Chipolte all the time and now she won't eat there. So I ended up with steak as it didn't look that bad. Wow was it horrible. I only had 2 bites of edible meat. So yea some locations better than others.... Like palm beach lakes, San Fran, San Diego, ect. But be warned... If you eat at this location, do not get steak.

My family has frequented this location on many occasions. During our visit yesterday I used the ladies room, for the first time. We will never be back. It was the dirtiest restroom I ever witnessed in my life. There was urine all over the floor, no toilet paper, it smelled worse than the zoo or any public bathroom I have ever been in. I was so sickened we left, without our food. Just the thought of the employees using this bathroom & then handling food was nauseating to me. No amount of soap could help. You would need hazmat suits. Absolutely awful. I'm actually surprised they have not been shut down for the condition of the ladies room.

Food is good, as always. I go to this Chipotle almost everyday on my work break and I'm never disappointed. My only gripe is that my order is often done incorrectly because an employee isn't completely paying attention to what I'm telling them. There's a lot of camaraderie amongst the employees and that's great, but sometimes they get too caught up in conversation with each other, which obviously creates room for mistakes to happen. Other than that, no issues, no complaints. Great service!

I usually do online orders in order to skip the waiting time and pay in advance. Lately I have gotten there for my pick up time and have had to wait sometimes up to 10 Mins for my order to be made. Organization is a problem at this location.

Very generous portions. The staff are very friendly and they know how to roll the burritos perfectly. The sweet tea is great, not too sweet but definitely has sugar in it. All the ingredients are always stocked and ready to serve. Very clean and the line moves very quickly. One of my favorite places to get a quick bite to eat.

I was really disappointed by this Chipotle. There was several things that made my visit to this location an unpleasant one. It seemed like they were short staffed but it was not busy especially on a Sunday afternoon. I had one employee start my order but then she left and someone came back a minute later to keep taking my order which I thought was odd. Then they were out of fried veggies and they had just started a new batch. Like I said, it wasn't busy and the staff was not paying attention because I had to wait 10 minutes for new veggies and they were not even done the way they usually are. So it was very slow ordering my bowl, where most Chipotles are very quick. When I started to look for a table, there were several open tables but, they were all dirty. There was napkins, food crumbs and sauces all over these tables that no one cleaned up. I saw plenty of employees standing behind the counter but no one took notice to the dirty tables. I hope I can come back to this location and experience a better quality of service.

I've been to this location twice already. And both times I've had incidents with the rice being under cook. The rice that was in my bowl was very much still hard, other than that it was not too bad. Atmosphere and staff was very friendly like they usually are at Chipotle.

I usually order through me phone and the food is always awesome! It filling and economical. Their Chips & Guac is truly amazing. I couldn't ask for a better Burrito place, the service is always excellent. The other day I was ordering a Burrito bowl and I asked for chicken, and they ran out so they had to cut some more. The guy was so nice about it, he apologized and made conversation. Whereas most people would simply have awkwardly stood there. Truly amazing Place to grab a bite! But go there knowing that it's going to take a while to eat all of your food as their portions are huge!

One of the most efficient Chipotle's I've been to. The staff moves people along quickly, even during rush hour, without being pushy or rude. It has a nice outdoor patio area and a well laid-out interior with both counter space and tables. If this is your first time to a Chipotle, give it a shot and you'll become a regular too. Fresh, tasty and unadulterated (some organic) ingredients for a quick and healthy southwestern fix. Fast food prices but sooo much better.

I really like the veggie burrito. But they got my order wrong. Oh well, it happens. Also, is there any way to put the sour cream and guacamole on BOTH ENDS of the burrito? The way it is you get a mainly sour cream for a while, then you get mainly guac. I like them TOGETHER!

Note to management on to go orders: put ingredients in the metal side and cover with the paper bowl or use plastic bags. This was not what was done for my meal and the wet bottomed bowl created a wet bottomed bag and everything felt om the ground. Now I need another dinner.

Yet another terrible service from chipotle. I got barely any rice, meat, or even lettuce. Last of all when I bit into my burrito it was cold like it was sitting in a fridge for a day. I paid $7 for a cold burrito that was the size of a small hot dog bought from a street vendor.

Let me start by saying we love chipotle! Always have good experiences. Food is fresh, they give you good portions and good service. As of recent we've frequented them and the service has gotta worse... No smiles, rushing the lines, dishing the food sloppy and barely giving you food. Today my daughter and I went in ordered 3 bowls. We had to ask for more rice as the guy was scraping the bottom of the pan to give us... The serving of meat was 1/2 the normal amount. Even the lady in front of us commented that every time she comes it gets less and less.... I felt the same way! They started off great, always have a line so why skimp on the food. My daughter got a steak bowl and the meat was way overcooked and rubbery. Hard to chew. Very disappointed in tonight's order. I hope corporate looks into this!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
